Class AAA: Scarsdale (def. Arlington)
Class AA: Tappan Zee (def. Fox Lane)
Class A: Rye (def. Ardsley)
Class B: Rye Neck (def. Keio, OT)
Class C: North Salem (def. Tuckahoe)

Key Dates to Know

  • First Scrimmage/Game: September 1, 2025
  • Last Day to Play: October 20, 2025
  • Seeding Meeting: October 21, 2025
  • All-League/All-Section Meeting: October 22, 2025 (6:30 PM @ Byram Hills HS)
  • Senior All-Star Game: November 8, 2025 (11:00 AM @ Woodlands HS)
  • All-Section Dinner: November 18, 2025 (6:30 PM @ Westchester Manor)

Section 1 Tournament

  • Outbracket: Oct 23–24
  • Quarterfinals: Oct 25–27
  • Semifinals: Oct 28–30
  • Finals: Nov 1–2 at Lakeland High School
    • Nov 1: Class AAA & B
    • Nov 2: Class AA, A & C

Regional & State Play

  • Sub-regional (all classes): at Section 9 (TBA)
  • Regional Finals (Sat, Nov 8)
    • Class A (11:30 AM), Class B (2:00 PM), Class C (4:30 PM) at Yorktown HS
    • Class AAA & AA: at Section 2 or 3 (TBA)

Impactful Rules for 2025

  • 7-2-4 (NEW): Only captains may speak with referees between periods unless beckoned.
  • 12-4-4: Head coach may be warned/cautioned/ejected for team/bench misconduct; reinforces responsibility for bench decorum.
  • Point of Emphasis: Shin guards must be age/size-appropriate with NOCSAE seal; officials will inspect and enforce.
  • No Overtime in Regular Season (Section 1): Games end at 80 minutes; OT/PKs used only for postseason advancement.
  • 2024 NFHS Clarifications:
    • 4-1-4d: No color limit on tape/socks at or below the ankle; above the ankle must match sock color.
    • Rule 12 re-organized: Clearer language on fouls/misconduct, SPA, and DOGSO application.
