Arlington erased a three-goal deficit entering the fourth quarter and upset Suffern on the road on Monday in a Class A boys lacrosse showdown.
The Admirals scored four unanswered goals with Quinn Heinly registering the game-winner with 43.6 seconds left in overtime, for a shocking 12-11 victory to end a five-game losing streak.

Heinly scored five goals in the contest, including the first two Arlington goals in the fourth quarter to close the deficit to 11-10. The Admirals worked for possession over the final three minutes and, out of a timeout, tied it on a Michael Pomeroy goal off a Luke Mackin feed with 1:12 left in regulation.
Pomeroy had three goals and two assists and Mackin had three goals, including the 100th of his career.

Finn Mitchell had four goals and an assist, including his 100th career point for Suffern, which fell to 7-6 on the season. It was the third loss in four games for the Mounties, who are 7th in Bracketology entering the final week of the season.
Vincent DiRenno and Matt Norum each had two goals and an assist for Suffern.
