Greeley Gets Revenge on Rival Fox Lane, Advances to Class B Semifinals

Back on April 24, Fox Lane pulled off a 3-2 upset against rival Greeley on John Mains game winning Overtime goal. The two teams would meet again in yesterday’s Class B quarterfinal in Chappaqua with the Foxes hoping to shock the Quakers again to move into Friday’s semifinal at Somers.

No. 2 Greeley and No. 3 Fox Lane were locked in another tight contest at 5-5 late in the 3rd quarter, but Greeley would not let things end the same way this time. The Quakers would take control of the game late, lead by Matthew Byrne, Tighe Dolan’s Hat Tricks and two goals apiece from Connor Lummel and Jameson Blakeslee.
