Deion Murray has dominated on the court this season, averaging over 26 points and 13 rebounds per game for the Greenburgh-North Castle Knights.
Perhaps even more impressive however, has been his journey off the court. In the face of adversity, Murray has found a strong balance between athletics and academics at GNC, evolving into a leader who carries a 92 average while volunteering and tutoring fellow students.
Deion has accepted a merit-based scholarship to Mercy University for next year and plans to pursue a career in physical therapy.
