Harrison senior Barbara Jo-Coppola brings home this week's ConEdison Scholar Athlete of the Week Award

Congratulations to Harrison softball and tennis standout Barbara Jo-Coppola for earning the ConEdison Scholar Athlete of the Week Award.

The Harrison senior is a dynamic two-sport athlete who has been a varsity player in softball and tennis for the last 6 years. Coppola has earned multiple All-State, All-Section and LoHud All-Star awards in softball to go along with three All-Section tennis seasons. Her leadership has helped the Huskies to a softball section title in 2024 and back to back section final appearances in team tennis.

Coppola is also a dedicated student, leader, and citizen, being elected Class President three times and earning Magna Cum Laude status while carrying 5 college level courses. She also volunteers extensively with Harrison Food Pantry and Harrison Youth Baseball and Softball.

She’ll be continuing her softball and academic career next year at Division 1 Bucknell University.
