Ardsley sits at #1 in the current Class A Softball Bracketology standings, and it’s in large part because of what sophomore star Sofia Haber has done on the mound. Haber put an exclamation mark on what has already been a stellar season by striking out 10 during a 5 inning perfect game against Pelham on Thursday.
Haber did it all for the Panthers, going 3-3 at the plate with 2 RBI, while Haley Albano went 3-4 and drove in 3 runs. Ardsley now faces Rye on Friday before a huge home matchup against Class AA leader Eastchester, who delivered one of the Panthers only losses of the season.
