Media Day: Suffern Aims to Build on 2023 Success

Suffern’s run to the Class AA Final Four last season was one of the more surprising storylines of the 2023 season, and the Mounties look to build that winning culture and take the leap towards a Section title in 2024.

Suffern boasts an experienced group of leaders who have mostly all played significant varsity minutes since their sophomore seasons. QB Mason Palombo and RB Jeph Joseph are three year starters and both played contributing roles on Suffern Basketball’s run to the County Center Class AA Championship. This is a wide open field in AA, with Carmel, Arlington, and rival North Rockland all seeming capable of taking home the crown.
