Scarsdale girls edge Ossining for second straight shutout win

The Scarsdale girls soccer team followed up their season opener on Tuesday with an almost identical effort on Thursday.

Mia Laboy scored the game’s lone goal as the Raiders defense was stellar again, defeating Ossining 1-0 at home — two days after opening the season with a 1-0 win over Horace Greeley.

Allison Kahn assisted on the game-winner and Lilly Tessler recorded six saves as the Raiders improved to 2-0.
