Yonkers Montessori captures girls soccer city championship

The dynasty reigns.

Yonkers Montessori captured its fourth Yonkers City girls soccer championship on Saturday, defeating Yonkers, 7-0, in the title game at Roosevelt High School.

Grace Gleeson earned MVP honors, scoring four goals in the victory. Jodi O’Donnell added two goals and two assists and Kate Comar had two assists and found the net, on an assist from Gleeson, for YMA.
