Scarsdale capped an undefeated season in Section 1 by capturing the Division I Girls Flag Football championship on Saturday. The Raiders defeated rival New Rochelle, 21-8, in the final at Lakeland High School, delivering their first section crown in the program’s three years of existence.
Ivy Boockvar continued her stellar play, catching a touchdown and being a key on both sides of the ball. The Scarsdale defense came up two interceptions for touchdowns, one by Lilly Tesler and the other from Reese Newman.
